Managed Automation & Support
Ongoing monitoring, fixes and a monthly savings report for the automations we deploy, plus the next workflow on your list.
What Managed Automation & Support Covers.
An AI automation is not finished on the day it goes live. Systems change, new document formats arrive and business rules move. Under a monthly agreement we keep your automations running, review the cases they escalate, report what they saved against the baseline we measured, and automate the next workflow on your list when you are ready.

Why It Matters.
Automations That Keep Working
Someone accountable when an upstream system, format or rule changes.
Savings You Can See

A Roadmap, Not a One-Off
Each new workflow reuses the connections already built, so it is faster to deliver.
Questions, Answered
Why does an automation need ongoing support?
The systems around it keep changing: an ERP update, a new document format from a customer, a revised price list or approval rule. Without someone watching, accuracy drifts and your team stops trusting it.
What does the monthly report show?
How much work each automation handled, how much went to your team for approval or as an exception, and the time saved compared with the baseline we measured before it went live.
Can our own IT team take over later?
Yes. We document the automations and integrations and train your team, and your IT team keeps control of the accounts and permissions throughout.
Is adding a new workflow included?
Small changes to existing automations are part of the agreement. A new workflow is scoped and agreed separately, and usually costs less than the first because it reuses the connections already in place.
