Automation & System Integration
Wire AI automation into your ERP, CRM, email, WhatsApp, documents and databases — without replacing the systems you already run.
Works With the Systems You Already Run
We build connections to major ERP and CRM platforms, and to custom or in-house systems. Each connection is set up for your business and agreed with your IT team.

What Automation & System Integration Covers.
Automation only saves money when it can act on your real data. We build the connections that let AI agents read from and write to the systems your teams already use, so work flows between them without anyone re-typing it — through APIs, database access, file exports or email, depending on what each system supports — with access controls agreed with your IT team.
Systems We Connect
AI is only as useful as the data it can reach. These are the platforms and system types we connect to. Each connection is built for your setup, and custom or in-house systems are covered too.
Four Ways to Connect
The right route depends on what each system supports. Most deployments use more than one.
APIs
Documented, permissioned endpoints for reading and writing.
- Modern ERPs and CRMs
- Real-time where needed
Database Access
Read-only views for older or on-premise systems.
- Specific tables only
- Writes handled carefully
Scheduled Exports
Reports exported and imported on a schedule.
- Easy for IT to control
- Good for daily reporting
Inbox Connections
A shared mailbox as the front door for work.
- Where many workflows start
- No change for customers
Security Questions We Settle First
Answering these early is what lets your IT team say yes with confidence.
- Which data does this workflow actually need?
- Whose credentials does the integration use?
- Where is data processed and stored?
- What happens when a system is down?
- How is every change logged?
- Who can revoke access, and how quickly?

Integration Questions
Which systems can you connect to?
It depends on the system. Most modern ERPs and CRMs offer APIs; older or on-premise systems can often be connected through database access, scheduled exports or email. We confirm the approach for each of your systems before building.
Does our IT team need to be involved?
Yes. Access, credentials and data flows are agreed with your IT team, and they keep control of the accounts and permissions the integration uses.
What if our system has no API?
We look at other routes — database views, file exports, email-based processing or, where appropriate, a small custom service built alongside the system. We'll tell you the trade-offs of each.
Is our data copied somewhere else?
We design integrations to access only what each workflow needs. Where data is stored and processed is agreed with you before anything is built.
